NEW – Working Together to Safeguard Children Guidance & Framework 2023

The Department for Education (DfE) published a new edition of its statutory guidance Working Together to Safeguard Children recently, replacing the previous 2018 edition. The guidance outlines what organisations and agencies must and should do to help, protect, and promote the welfare of all children under the age of 18 in England. Wakefield Safeguarding Children Partnership (WSCP), along with partner services are taking stock of the new publications and will be putting plans in place early in the New Year to progress the necessary implementations.
