Five years ago, we opened the doors to our first restaurant Iris. I was keen to come back to my hometown and showcase my passion for great, seasonal food.
We take the sensual, Latin flair of Cuba and combine it with the honest flavors of Spain to create dishes that perfectly fuse the two cultures.
