Live at Tileyard North: Set times, car parking and all you need to know about Wakefield’s new concert series

Organised by West Yorkshire promoter Futuresound Group, the a star-studded lineup of pop, indie, and Britpop heavyweights will perform in the old Rutland Mills site across four days.

The courtyard at Tileyard North will transforms into a high-capacity open-air venue with pop icon kicking off the performances on Thursday (August 27).

Scottish indie-rock royalty The Fratellis will take to the courtyard stage on Friday (August 28), with Britpop legends Ocean Colour Scene headlining on Saturday (August 29).

Closing the series on Sunday (August 30) will be The Vaccines, who will perform their critically acclaimed debut album, ‘What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?’, in full.

Staggered gate times will operate across the four days, with gates opening at 5:30pm on Thursday and Friday and 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

All main headline sets are scheduled to begin at 9pm each evening, with each concert concluding with a strict 10:30pm site curfew.

Concert goers are encouraged to use public transport but official event parking is available a few minutes’ walk away at The Waterfront Car Park, on Barnsley Road

Ticket holders must access the venue via Navigation Walk, where the main entrance, access lanes, and box office will be situated.

The box office opens 30 minutes prior to gates each day.

Organisers have also issued a strict no re-admittance policy for the duration of the event.
