Improving Hotels Ability to Recognise and Report Child Exploitation Training

Improving Hotels Ability to Recognise and Report Child Exploitation Training

On Thursday 5th May at 9.30am, The Children’s Society, Prevention Programme along with West Yorkshire Police and Wakefield Council are delivering training for hotel staff to raise awareness of Child Exploitation and to understand how Child Exploitation can impact their business.

The training will take place at the following location:

The Kingswood Suite, Wakefield Town Hall, Wood Street, Wakefield, WF1 2HQ
9.30am until 2pm
(Attendance is available online as well as in person)

WSCP ask that should you be aware of any further hotels in the 5 towns area that may benefit from this training you signpost them to this. Exploitation is a serious and unfortunately common crime type and it is growing, it is important that everyone can recognise the signs of exploitation and this training is a chance for information sharing and advice.
