Safeguarding Week 2022!

Safeguarding Week 2022

This year Safeguarding Week will be taking place 20th – 24th June.

Throughout this week, Wakefield Safeguarding Children Partnership, Wakefield Safeguarding Adults Board and Safer Together Partnership will be bringing the latest in safeguarding developments to those who work or volunteer with children, families and adults across the district.

With a wide range of learning and development opportunities the safeguarding community will be raising awareness through live online learning sessions, Q&A’s, pre-recorded videos, webinars and podcasts, as well as signposting to useful resources. Safeguarding Week will have a comprehensive programme packed with face-to-face and online sessions for those who work or volunteer with children, families, adults and anyone else wanting to learn more about keeping children and adults safe in our community.
